At Michel Herbelin UK we have our own in-house workshop and are able to offer a first class service for all your repair needs.
Whether you require an overhaul for your watch or simply a battery or a new strap, please send your watch to us by Special Delivery post to the address below. We will contact you with a written estimate within a few days. For your convenience we accept payments by cheque or credit card.

Please note:
- If possible, please do not send us your original gift box when sending watches to us for repair.
- For us to carry out a repair under warranty, we must receive your completed warranty card, which must have been stamped by an authorised dealer.
- For repairs under warranty to watches purchased outside the UK or Republic of Ireland, please include a cheque for £5.88 to ensure that we can return your watch to you by Special Delivery post.
